Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

To complete projects on time, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to requested accounts, assets, and information.
• Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure they have the right to use any content, logos, or images they provide.
• Keep contact information current so we can reach you about your project.

• Fees are quoted before work begins and may include one-time setup fees and recurring monthly service fees.
• Recurring services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees and completed work are generally non-refundable.
• Either party may cancel recurring services with reasonable written notice. Details will be specified in your service agreement.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom website content, designs, and code specifically created for them. We retain the right to reuse general frameworks, techniques, and components developed over time. Third-party tools, plugins, stock assets, and platform licenses remain subject to their original terms.

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as revenue, leads, or search rankings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice as outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees for work already performed remain due.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
